All portions of the website that offer such user contributed content are under the control of the relevant users. To that end, the operator or the owner of the website is free of liability concerning compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as decreed in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). In keeping with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operator of hotpussy.pics may remove any material which is considered illegal, defamatory, indecent, harmful or otherwise in violation of the website's terms of use and/or policies.
